STRIPCO® Mobile Sodablaster

Stripco® mobile sodablasters come complete with blast hose, nozzle and fill funnel and are built to the highest standards.  Our Presure vessels are both ASME Coded and UL Listed.  We design and manufacture our systems to be the most effective and efficient units available.  With a 3 bag capacity, they can blast up to three hours without refilling.  With our Patent Pending REMOTE ADJUSTABLE FLOW CONTROL, the operator can adjust up or down the amount of Sodablast media delivered into the blast stream while blasting.  This is acomplished with a wireless remote control at the nozzle saving time and money.  Our Stripco® Mobile Sodablaster is powered by a John Deere Diesel engine. The 210 CFM of compressed air delivers our Sodablast Media at up to 150 PSI. 

STRIPCO® Skid Mounted Sodablaster

Our Skid Mounted Sodablaster includes a 3 Bag Stripco® sodablaster with integrated air drying equipment.  Simply connect our Sodablaster to an air compressor and you can be blasting in minutes.  This system can also be equipped with our Remote Adjustable Flow Control.

Blasting Soda

Stripco®, Inc. sells sodium bicarbonate - baking soda formulated in large crystal specifically for blasting in Stripco® Sodablasters - it is food grade. All the soda particles are of uniform size to give your blasting a consistant result.

Stripco® distributes Natrium Sodablast Media which is a specially formulated free flowing blasting soda available with very competitive pricing.  

We warehouse the Sodablast Media in 15 locations including Arizona, California, Florida (2 Locations), Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas (2 Locations), New Mexico, Mississippi, North Carolina Utah, & Canada. More locations are being added so call for a location near you.

Stripco® sodablasters generally use only 1 bag of blasting soda per hour - a wonderfully small amount of media to load and blast…Clean up is easy - sweep up any accumulation and rinse away the residue.
